Orders
If your Access Unify subscription includes the Orders feature, a page displays the orders you've placed for Access to scan and digitize a physical record (scan on demand).
This Help topic includes the following sections:

To view the details of an order click the order or click Actions menu to the right of the order and select View. The order's details page displays. Click

You can Lock and Unlock columns in the orders grid.

You can Show and Hide Columns in the orders grid.

You can click a column heading in the grid to sort a column in ascending or descending order.

You can click and drag to the right of a column heading make a column wider or narrower.

Any modifications you make to a grid are unique to your view of the grid and are not shared with other users.

To find the records you want, you can Filter and then search within columns in the orders grid. In the column heading start to type the filter criteria and the results will display any item that contains the filter criteria. For example, if you filter the Status column by the letter r, orders under Review will display. Click
to remove the filter.

The Status of a new order is Pending. When Access digitizes the record, the Status becomes Completed.

To download a record image for a completed order, click the order. The Details displays.

Select the images to download. Access Unify downloads up to 20 PDF files of each record image to the download folder for your Internet browser. The PDF file name includes the Client Number, Matter Number, File Description, and File Barcode. This file name format makes it easy to identify and export record images.

For more than 20 images, Unify will send you a notification when a ZIP file of the images is ready to download from your Download Inbox.

Select the Do you want to continue with the download? confirmation check box.

Enter a tag name for your request. A tag makes your request easier to identify in your Download Inbox.

Click OK.

Check your email. A notification will display when a ZIP file of the images is ready to download from your Download Inbox.
